Job Description

The main responsibilities are:


  • Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for Mexico and Central America

  • Identify, open, and support new distributors (currently only 2 major distributors in Mexico)

  • Drive demand generation among mechanics, garages, and increase brand awareness

  • Lead technical selling (B2B) with a focus on the Mexican bike market

  • Gather and report market intelligence: customer needs, product adaptation opportunities, competitor landscape

  • Serve as the primary liaison with R&D for product customization for the Mexican market

  • Regularly report to the Continental Head of Aftermarket

  • Ensure accountability while operating with a high degree of independence

  • Support and grow sales to reach $6-8M+ in the next 3-4 years
