As Regional HSE Manager for Western Europe, you will shape and drive a strong Health, Safety & Environmental framework across ALPLA's Western European organization. You are a visible leader on the shopfloor, a cultural role model, and a strategic partner to the business – turning HSE standards into everyday practice.

  • Implement and continuously develop the HSE framework for Western Europe, including standards, processes, controlling, and compliance.

  • Champion a proactive HSE culture through training, communication, and leadership engagement.

  • Be present on the shopfloor: coach teams, identify risks, and promote safe behaviors.

  • Lead incident and near miss investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.

  • Lead and support country and local HSE managers across more than 50 plants.

  • Act as a key interface to Corporate HSE and the global HSE network.
