Role Overview

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced delivery and business leader to step into the role of Programme Director - UK / Europe. As a member of the Regional Leadership Team, you will provide integrated, multi-functional leadership across a diverse portfolio, translating strategy and growth opportunities into high-quality, predictable outcomes for customers and the business. You will be accountable for the overall health of the portfolio, including performance, profitability, and governance across a range of programmes and contracts. This includes making confident, well-balanced decisions within your delegated authority, aligning priorities across bids, delivery, resourcing, and investment to protect margin, manage risk, and ensure consistently strong delivery performance.
