Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations for multi-state property portfolio
• Provide weekly updates on vacancies and budget variances
• Train staff on OneSite for efficiency
• Develop inspection calendars for each property
• Manage calls regarding emergencies and tenant complaints
Requirements:
• 75% travel to visit all properties
