Summary
/Objective:The RQS assists Customer Quality will all activities related to containment and determining root cause and corrective actions for customer quality issues.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:Coordinating and communicating with customers directly for general quality issues.Receiving, recording, and/oridentifying customer samples and forwarding to the appropriate CQE.Supporting sorting work for products under quality risk both at the customer site, at a 3rd party, or in-house sorting.Replying to customers regarding documents, specifications, policies, including sharing drawings, confirming a dimension, providing an inspect report, and other requests for information.Handling customer inquiries about product certifications like RoHS, Reach, and UL.Work would be completed with the instruction and co-operation of the other members of the Customer Quality organization.Adhere to all corporate quality st...
