Regional Sales & Operations Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Regional Sales & Operations Manager to lead the commercial and operational performance of our partner’s first location in Ankara. This role is responsible for end-to-end execution at site level and acts as the key point of contact between the Ankara operation and the headquarters.

The position reports directly to HQ leadership and does not carry country-level or multi-site responsibility. The ideal candidate is a Senior Manager or Director-level professional who combines strong commercial ownership with operational discipline and enjoys being closely involved in daily execution.
