The Regional Security Manager (RSM) is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of physical security programs that protect Ada Digital Infrastructure assets. This role requires managing a geographically dispersed team of Site Security Managers/Supervisors, ensuring compliance with security policies, and maintaining audit readiness. The RSM reports to the Director of Global Security and collaborates with internal staff, clients, and vendors to deliver timely and accurate security services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of security systems and ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
Ensure compliance with security procedures, standards, and best practices.
Support regulatory, industry, and contractual audits (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI, SOC2).
