This role reports directly to the Regional Director, Atlantic Canada, and involves regular collaboration with Branch Managers, Operations Managers, Account Managers, HR, Recruiting, Scheduling teams, security personnel, and external training partners. The Training Specialist also handles company, employee, and client information with strict confidentiality.
