Our client, a leading telecommunications provider seeks to recruit a Regional Team Leader.

Reports to: Territory Manager

Location: Mt. Kenya

Job purpose

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to drive continuous growth and success. Regular communication with senior management is essential to report on progress, challenges, and opportunities within the region.

Tasked to ensure teams are aligned with the broader company strategies and that regional initiatives are in sync with company-wide goals.
