Assistant Director Registered Nurse Hingham, MA Pay From: $58 per hour

MUST: The Assistant Director Registered Nurse must have experience with:

• Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts
• CPR certified
• 4 plus years of experience working in a leadership capacity
• Experience working in skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care
• Expertise in wound care, quality improvement, MDS, falls, hydration, infection control, care planning, etc

DUTIES:

• Leading and mentoring a team of clinical staff members
• Ensuring appropriate staff is provided based on resident acuity in each level of care
• Monitoring infection control for staff and residents and developing appropriate policies for infection control monitoring and reporting
