As required. Not to exceed 37.5 hours per week, when scheduled. Shifts are Monday to Saturday daytime, evenings, and Saturdays. All sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide RN services to patients in a cooperative primary health care setting and work with the Refugee Engagement and Community Health Clinic team (REACH) and Connected to Community Care Phase II initiative.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
- Currently registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan.
- CPR BLS for Health Care Provider.
- Demonstrated competence in nursing practice and commitment to continuing professional development.
- Clinic experience is an asset.
- Embraces the principles of Primary Health Care and able to lead by example.
