Job Description

As an RPN, you will report to the Directors of Care and Wellness, responsible for assessing residents and implementing care/service plans. Your critical thinking and clinical skills will be vital in facilitating communication and ensuring the safety and well-being of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct clinical assessments and create care plans
• Administer medications and document compliance
• Respond to medical emergencies with first aid
• Assist with resident care conferences
• Support infection prevention and clinical program monitoring
Requirements:
• Valid RPN registration in your province
• Preferred experience in long term care
• Strong communication and assessment skills
