Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) - Journey Home Hospice
SE Health is hiring a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide hospice and palliative care for patients experiencing homelessness and structural vulnerability. The position is based at Journey Home Hospice, with 13 beds in downtown Toronto and four beds in Windsor.
