The Animal Care Centre is hiring a Mixed Animal Veterinary Technologist, RVT, eager to learn and contribute to veterinary care. New graduates are welcome to apply and gain hands-on experience in surgical preparation, patient assessment, and anesthesia monitoring. This role requires compassion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments
• Assist in surgical preparations and patient recovery
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
• Provide compassionate care to hospitalized pets and owners
• Problem-solve and ask questions for better solutions
Requirements:
• Completed a Veterinary Technologist program
• Knowledge of anesthesia monitoring and radiology
