Regulatory and Policy Team Lead at Chemonics International

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities to facilitate a regulatory environment that encourages alternative financing method, and promote private sector investment and inclusive finance

• Coordinate with the Chief of Party and other component team leaders to ensure that all activities are aligned with the overall scope and objectives of the activity

• Lead mapping of the policy, institutions, and regulation landscape, determining responsibilities and identifying elements to change to ensure accountability and effective service delivery

• Build on existing capacity strengthening mechanisms to address gaps, and institutionalize capacity strengthening into institutional processes and procedures

• Develop and maintain highly collaborative relationships with counterparts and relevant private sector stakeholders
