Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document regulatory and business requirements from stakeholders and regulators.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Support the design, development, and implementation of regulatory reporting solutions.
• Conduct impact assessments for new or revised regulations and identify required system changes.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, operations, and technology teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Perform data analysis using SQL or similar tools to validate trade and reporting data.
• Participate in testing activities, including test case design, execution, and defect resolution.
• Bridge functional and technical teams by clarifying requirements, addressing queries, and ensuring alignment.
• Provide regular project status updates and maintain clear communication with senior stakeholders.
