Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with corporate banking clients
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
• Work 100% Onsite in McKinley
• Fixed nightshift schedule

Requirements

• Excellent conversational communication skills, 1-2 years' experience preferred but open for no BPO experience, open to all educational levels, fresh graduates, and career shifters.
• Amenable to work on weekends and holidays
