Reports To: Assistant Vice President, Program Management
FLSA Status: Exempt
Due to growth, UNCF is looking to hire 3 Relationship Managers in the DC headquarters office.
This position is responsible for the end-to-end process of scholarship management. This includes selecting recipients, the award process, disbursing funds, financial aid guidance, and strengthening relationships with scholars to ensure academic success. The incumbents will manage various moving parts at any given time across multiple scholarships, interacting with stakeholders to enhance donor stewardship and donor reporting.
