Position Responsibilities
- Manages and optimizes the flow of work through the program and facilitates Agile Release Train synchronization.
- Organizes, communicates, and facilitates program-level events (e.g., PI planning, readiness, ART sync) across multiple teams.
- Aggregates product increment objectives into program increment objectives, and assists with execution, tracking, and completion.
- Assists Product Manager(s) and other team members with economic decision-making.
