Job Description
How You'll Help Us Connect the World: As a Reliability Engineer, you will own the full reliability lifecycle of our cable backplane assemblies — from qualification testing through field data analysis.
You will work closely with design, test, and manufacturing engineering teams to ensure our high-speed copper cable solutions meet the demands of AI compute infrastructure and hyperscale datacenters.
This role is based in Mexicali, Baja California.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Developing and executing reliability and qualification test plans for AIscale cable assemblies, including thermal cycling, vibration, flex, humidity bias, and accelerated life testing (ALT).
- Leading complex electrical and mechanical failure analysis for cable assemblies, including intermittent opens, signal degradation, connector fretting, and termination failures.
