Reliability Engineer (UPP00038)
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be part of the Maintenance Department, ensuring that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally in the implementation of a reliability program, encompassing systems, processes, procedures, standards, KPIs, analysis and tools that maximize business value for fixed and mobile assets.
- Ensure all OEM manuals, SOPs, and preventive maintenance (PM) strategies are complete, accurate and validated prior to asset handover.
- Lead development of key readiness deliverables such as documentation, bills of materials (BoMs), critical spares, commissioning plans and training resources.
