Job Description
Reliability Engineer
We are looking for a Reliability Engineer in our Maintenance Department. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and works closely with Maintenance and Production to improve reliability, minimize production losses, optimize maintenance costs, and ensure safety.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, approve, and facilitate the Reliability Engineering (RE) year plan, including criticality ranking, FMEA/PMO analysis, development of maintenance and spare part strategies.
- Store relevant RE data in the IT system.
- Facilitate and focus on FMEA/PMO for critical assets that cause the biggest reliability losses.
- Participate in and/or lead RCPS sessions.
- Provide training on Criticality Ranking, FMEA/PMO, RCPS tools, and software tools such as Meridium.
- Optimize the maintenance concept for the asset life cycle.
