Reliability Engineer

Support the operation of the Philippines PE Lab through product development, advanced reliability testing, and reliability test/equipment development. Provide product reliability engineering/test support to Lab customers such as Operations, Product Development, Sales, and Marketing.

About the job:

• Provide excellent service to all customers of the lab, internal and external.
• Work with requestors and management to complete incoming failure analysis, design verification, process validation, and reliability test requests.
• Communicate request status and results through updates in the Engineering Test Request System, Reliability Test Database, caWeb, and direct contact.
• Generate product failure analysis, design verification, process validation, and reliability test reports
• Supervise Laboratory Technicians and Laboratory Associates and drive them towards the completion of test requests.
