in the Maintenance Engineering department, you will enhance asset availability, reliability, and cost efficiency by optimizing maintenance strategies, improving work quality, and reducing maintenance workload. You will identify and promote best practices, monitor key maintenance indicators, and ensure their effective implementation. The role includes analyzing and resolving routine and complex issues across mills as needed, as well as supporting sound investment decisions by contributing to the investment evaluation process.
