Relief Operations Supervisor

Your Mission

As a Relief Operations Supervisor, youll play a key role in keeping our services running smoothly by managing the flow of drivers and vehicles out of the depot, along route, and back in again. Youll help ensure delivery is safe, punctual, reliable and cost‑effective — all within our operational excellence framework.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, youll support day‑to‑day operations across the depot, including:

• Forward‑planning on‑the‑day service requirements through to end‑of‑day and future days, including covering absence at short notice
• In smaller depots, monitoring and proactively managing service punctuality and vehicle availability using agreed systems
• Supporting drivers by answering queries promptly and overseeing driver reporting
• Accurately capturing, recording and maintaining drivers' hours, duties and attendance in the DAS GUI system
