Responsibilities:
Ensure plant targets are met (KPI's - utilization, efficiency)
Operational budgetsConduct daily/weekly operations meetingsAttend and present at monthly management meetingsApprovals and decisions for plant requirements new tools to purchase for shop)PO, expense, warranty claims, and time approvalsP&D review for direct employeesMediator for any employee issues and handles disciplinary actions if neededCollaborate with the Global Reman Continuous Improvement Manager to support the effective implementation of lean programCoordinate with SHEQ teamSafety officer – responsible for promoting a safe work environment through enhanced awareness, site audits, facilitating safety meetings, training and recommending corrective action measures to reduce work related injuriesReview and approve preferred contractors and suppliers
