Caylent is seeking a Senior Machine Learning leader based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In this role, you will oversee a team of ML engineers and architects while managing complex customer engagements. This position requires deep technical expertise and a proven ability to manage talent and client relationships effectively.

You will be responsible for both the team's performance and the delivery quality of ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in machine learning/AI and strong knowledge of AWS.
