Job description

HireArt is helping our client hire Remote Assistance Operators to provide continuous remote monitoring and real-time decision-making for autonomous vehicles under constant supervision.

This role is critical to ensuring fleet safety and reliability during the transition to fully driverless operations — without an onboard safety engineer.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support, dispatch, or operations, strong decision-making skills, and high attention to detail. This person will also have a basic understanding of autonomous vehicle systems or a strong willingness to learn.

As a Remote Assistance Operator, you'll:

Actively monitor an assigned vehicle using the Remote Command (RC) interface and multiple camera feeds.

Proactively intervene when necessary using system tools.

Log all interventions and key observations in real time (Notion/Google Sheets).
