Key Responsibilities
Website Maintenance & Content Management
- Regularly update website content including product pages, banners, and announcements.
- Perform general website maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Upload and schedule weekly blog content.
- Optimize page layouts and fix minor bugs or broken links.
E-Commerce Operations
- Maintain the backend of the merchandise store, including WooCommerce updates and product management.
- Ensure pricing, descriptions, and inventory data are accurate.
MemberPress, BuddyBoss, and Elementor Pro Management
- Understand and manage backend components of our community platform using MemberPress, BuddyBoss, and Elementor Pro.
- Upload resources, moderate content, and troubleshoot access issues.
- Keep the platform interface aligned with current business needs.
