Job Description

Piper Companies is currently seeking a Case Manager, RN for a fully remote opportunity for a highly rated quality health insurance provider. The Case Manger, RN will be serving as an essential bridge between health care and medical coverage to advocate and increase patient's quality of care, and overall quality of life. This candidate will also need a North Carolina or compact RN license.
Responsibilities of the Case Manager, RN:
Work on a collaborative Health Care team to monitor utilization patterns to identify and facilitate appropiate health care delivery for selected members
Perform comprehensive assessments of member's health status through medical records, support needs, clinical history, and cultural needs.
