Remote Client Success Specialist (Inside Sales)

Prosource is seeking a Client Success Specialist based in Lima, Peru. This role focuses primarily on delivering exceptional support through phone and email interactions, while working closely with the Technical Account Manager to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate will have experience in inside sales or account management, alongside strong communication and problem-solving skills. This position supports full-time work with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
