Job Description
We are hiring a
highly organized, detail-driven Event Coordinator
to manage the operational execution of multiple client events simultaneously. This role is not creative fluff—it is execution, follow-through, and precision.
You will own event coordination tasks end-to-end: inbox management, campaign updates, quality control, task tracking, and internal coordination. Success in this role requires discipline, speed, and comfort managing
15+ client inboxes and multiple concurrent events
without things slipping.
This is a
full-time, night-shift (EST)
role for someone who thrives in structured workflows, checklists, and deadlines.
What You Will Do
Account & Inbox Management
- Log in and manage Slack, Asana, Gmail, and Google Drive daily
- Monitor and respond to 15+ client inboxes within 24 hours (target: 3 hours)
