Remote Genesys Cloud Developer - API & Bot Integrations

A global IT consultancy in Spain is hiring a Senior Genesys Cloud Developer for a fully remote role (1 day per month onsite). The ideal candidate has solid experience in Genesys Cloud, particularly with APIs, Web Messaging, and a proven ability to connect third-party Chatbots. Responsibilities include designing integrations and optimizing flows in Genesys. Fluent Spanish and a good level of English are required. This position offers a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.
