Remote Lifecycle Automation Architect

CXT Software is looking for a Customer Lifecycle Automation Manager in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role focuses on designing and managing automated customer lifecycle programs to enhance engagement while minimizing manual effort.

Responsibilities include creating onboarding frameworks, implementing automation for low-ARR customers, and integrating product usage data. The ideal candidate must have 5–7 years of experience in relevant roles and be proficient with CRM and automation tools.
