Enhance retail security with YM Inc. as a Remote Loss Prevention Monitoring Technician. Conduct video surveillance investigations and support stores with shoplifter situations daily.
As a part of the Loss Prevention team, you'll be responsible for monitoring video feeds and conducting thorough investigations for theft incidents. This role involves performing video audits to ensure compliance with policies, logging all findings, and communicating clearly with the Operations and Loss Prevention teams. You will also provide real-time assistance to stores facing shoplifter issues.
