Remote Memory Architect for AI Chiplet Systems

Tenstorrent, based in Mexico, is seeking an innovative Memory Architect to push the boundaries of memory chiplet architecture for AI and CPU applications. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and exploring advanced memory technologies.

The ideal candidate should have a PhD in computer architecture, 10+ years of experience in memory system architecture, and a deep understanding of JEDEC standard DRAMs. Experience with performance/power simulators and advanced packaging techniques is a strong advantage.
