Remote MEP Technical Coach – Electrical & Plumbing

ENG is seeking MEP Technical Learning Coaches to enhance trade-specific technical training across Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Sheetmetal domains. Candidates should possess strong technical skills in at least one MEP trade, have 3+ years of BIM modeling experience, especially with LOD 350/400, and hold strong facilitation abilities. This role promotes a culture of continuous learning with a fully remote work setup, flexible PTO, and an emphasis on accountability and growth opportunities.
