Remote SaaS Onboarding & Training Specialist

Smart Apartment Data is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to lead client onboarding sessions for its real estate analytics software. This fully remote role requires 2+ years of customer-facing experience and a strong ability to simplify and explain complex workflows to clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable guiding clients through structured training sessions in English (C1/C2). Compensation ranges from $1,800 to $2,200 per month.
