Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to ensure purposeful and time-boxed meetings that drive clear outcomes
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and continuous improvement
- Proactively identify and remove impediments blocking team progress
- Track and communicate key Agile metrics to drive discussions and improvement initiatives
- Promote Agile adoption and best practices across the organization
