Remote Senior Recruiter - Non-Tech Roles

Framework Ventures is looking for a Senior Recruiter (Non-Tech) to join our People and Culture team in Buenos Aires. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for various non-technical roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong alignment with internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of recruitment experience, particularly in Operations, Finance, Compliance, and similar fields. Proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.
