Job Description

The Sourcing Associate is responsible for proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. They collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support the company's talent acquisition strategy.

Job Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing:

• Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
• Conduct targeted searches for hard-to-fill and specialized roles.
• Utilize Boolean search strategies and other creative sourcing techniques.

Talent Pool Management:

• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Organize talent pools by role type (Support, Mid-level, Specialized).
• Track sourcing activity and candidate statuses in internal tools.
