Remote Talent Sourcer (Offshore • EST Hours)

Proper is seeking a Recruiting Associate to support our People Operations and Talent Acquisition team in identifying and sourcing exceptional talent. This full-time position is remote, and candidates are required to work during EST hours.

The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in recruiting, is tech-savvy, organized, and excels in sourcing candidates efficiently. Responsibilities include managing candidate pipelines and ensuring a seamless recruiting experience.

The base pay range for this role is between $20,000.00 and $23,000.00 per year, depending on skills and experience.
