Key Responsibilities
BAU Delivery
- Working to ensure the delivery of Operational Reporting. This may be manual or as part of a wider automated analytics platform.
- Working with the OR Business Partner team to ensure the roll out of key standardization and cohesion across the group.
- Be aware and able to assist with the full end to end process of delivery, from Sales, Implementation, BAU and Exit.
- Work with the team lead to develop analytical capabilities of the team. Be the SME and main escalation point in region. Data Quality
- Responsible for identifying data issues and working with the MR and Operational Teams to highlight and monitor data quality.
Project Support
- As required, work as an SME in region to assist with the development and delivery of Team projects promoting OneSource as best practice
