KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Script Assessment & Curation: Reading and evaluating incoming scripts, screenplays, and format briefs to spot breakthrough concepts and distinct narrative voices.
Talent Development & Management: Working closely with a roster of writers, directors, and creators to help shape their creative ideas, align their portfolios, and map long-term career growth.
Project Packaging & Pitching: Collaborating with creators to build robust pitch decks and packaging projects with the right talent mix to present to OTT networks, production houses, and studios.
Monetization & Brand Alliances: Structuring, negotiating, and closing commercial deals for content IPs, ensuring optimal revenue and distribution opportunities for represented talent.
