Context

We are seeking a senior systems engineer to serve as our Requirements Lead, owning the development and governance of the Requirements Management Plan across a complex rail/transit infrastructure program. You will drive end-to-end requirements capture, allocation, traceability, and change control, ensuring alignment with the Project Agreement, applicable standards, and stakeholder needs while guiding multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.
