Job Description
The RandD Manager has the duty of developing new products, cost and quality improvement product. In his/her day-to-day tasks makes certain that production and manufacturing lines perform efficiently, coordinates employee efforts, and facilitates communications between management and production departments. He/she also grants that Unigra product quality can be developed to meet the relevant authorities and customers requirement.
