Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Participant recruitment and panel management;
- Design, build, and manage a centralized, multi-channel participant recruitment strategy;
- Own and scale our internal research panel: establish segmentation, ensure data health, manage communications, and track engagement;
- Manage the end-to-end logistics for participant engagement, including screening, scheduling, communications, and the compliant and ethical management of incentives and rewards;
- Research infrastructure and tooling;
- Evaluate, procure, and act as the central administrator for the product research tool stack;
- Develop and manage the research repository;
- Process and governance;
- Establish and document standardized, repeatable processes for the entire research lifecycle, including study intake, legal/privacy review, and data archival;
- Serve as the primary liaison with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams;
