Job Description

Position Purpose
The role holder shall report to the Group Leader – Process Engineering. Should have sound knowledge of Process Chemistry Scale up along with exposer to various chemistries such as Gaseous, pressure etc. He/She shall perform research activities, conducting scientific experiments, analyzing and interpreting, scale up to KL/PP, leading to significant value addition to the business of PI by Process Innovation.

Strategic Responsibilities
Efficient contribution to the overall success of R&D by driving innovation and team performance by collaborating with Innovation scientist to achieve objectives and targets set by the Director – PRI Process Innovation / Group Leader.
Fulfilling requirements as set by Group Leader within specific Research Projects
Ensuring the security of intellectual property for R&D (patent applications)
