Core criteria:
- Manage all reservation enquiries from agents and direct clients
- Have extensive experience in B2C sales
- Process bookings accurately from enquiry through to confirmation and invoicing
- Maintain and update the reservations system, ensuring rates, availability, and guest details are correct
- Liaise closely with sales, operations, guides, and camp teams to ensure smooth booking handovers
