Position Summary:
The Reservations Deputy Manager (DM) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day reservations operations, optimizing room inventory and revenue, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests. The role supports the Reservations Manager in driving efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily reservations operations across all channels (brand website, direct bookings).
- Coordinate closely with Revenue Management, Front Office, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Handle complex bookings, group reservations, and VIP requests.
- Monitor pick-up, forecasting, and pace reports, support demand and yield strategies.
